Peak Franchise Capital is a boutique financial advisory and consulting firm founded in 2006 primarily focused on the restaurant and franchise industries. Our diversified services typically are transactional in nature utilizing our knowledge and experience in a variety of deals. Our clients include franchisees, franchisors, independent restaurant owners, lenders and private equity firms.

Mike Elliott

Founder and Managing Partner

Mike founded Peak Franchise Capital and serves as the Managing Partner for this boutique advisory and consulting firm. Prior to Peak, Mike held senior level roles with top tier franchisors working with franchise operators, lender, and private equity firms. His background also includes roles as a CFO and Controller.

Susan Velasquez

Senior Cosultant

Susan is a finance professional with over 28 years of business experience in various accounting, auditing and finance functions. For the past 12 years as a Senior Advisor, Susan has been consulting with clients to facilitate all aspects of transactions. She has also had a lead role in Peak's work on business valuations in our CFO Services platform.
